Neighborhood map availability

Neighborhood maps are a Premium feature with separate collection limits. Coverage currently includes address points from Douglas County, Nebraska, not every property nationwide. Address discovery and property-record availability are separate; some addresses may have no records. Data can be cached, delayed or incomplete. Map collection may be paused or unavailable while a provider connection is being configured. Limits and availability are displayed in the map.

Map software includes Leaflet, distributed under its BSD 2-Clause License. Map and address data remain subject to their respective providers’ terms and attribution requirements.

About the service

whohouse.io is operated by Make No Mistakes, Inc. It provides a convenient view of property records and related public data. It is not an official title search, appraisal, survey, tax record, lending decision, legal opinion or investment recommendation.

Accuracy and reliance

Records can be missing, delayed, duplicated, misclassified or wrong. Values, balances, dates, ownership descriptions and other fields are presented as reported or estimated data, not as verified facts. Confirm important information with the relevant county or government office and a qualified professional.

Account searches

Signed-in search history and saved listings are account features and are not published as a public directory. Do not submit confidential notes or credentials in a search. Property records may contain information about other people that originated from public or third-party sources.

Free searches and Premium

The free plan includes three new-address searches per day, resetting at midnight UTC. A search counts only when it successfully adds a home that is not already in our collection. Opening a previously collected home is free, including saved links, refreshed records and homes first collected by someone else. Signing in carries over search credits used in that browser.

Premium costs $1.99 USD per month and removes the daily home limit for ordinary interactive use. Stripe displays the recurring price before you subscribe and securely handles payment. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancel or update your payment method through Manage subscription in Account. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium remains available until the end of the paid period. An unsuccessful payment can interrupt access. For billing errors or refund requests, contact agent@mistakes.io. Any rights required by applicable law remain unchanged.

Acceptable use

You may use whohouse.io for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with the service, evade rate limits, probe or compromise its systems, submit malicious content, misrepresent data, or use the service for unlawful harassment, discrimination or fraud. Automated access must be reasonable and respect the service’s technical controls.

Third-party material

whohouse.io may link to or display material supplied by third parties, including listing sites, maps, photographs and data providers. Those services are separate from whohouse.io and may have different availability, accuracy, licenses and terms.

No warranties; limits

whohouse.io is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make No Mistakes, Inc. disclaims warranties and is not responsible for decisions, losses or damages arising from reliance on the service or third-party material. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may change the service or these notices as the site develops. The current version is posted at /legal. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the updated notice.
