On the website, viewing a property preview is free. Selecting Reveal owners & records uses one credit when we match the property and return a recorded owner or clearly labeled recorded buyer name. The API and batch search request full records directly. Missing names, ambiguous addresses, and failed lookups don’t use a credit. Repeated matches to the same property in a workspace’s billing period don’t count again.

Queued and running requests temporarily reserve credits. Your remaining balance excludes those reservations; unused credits return when the request finishes.

Every new account gets five one-time credits for individual address searches, with no card required. Sign in and preview an address for free. The reveal button shows its credit cost before you request the names and history. Creating another workspace doesn’t reset your free credits.

When you need more, choose a plan in Plans & billing. A subscription also unlocks batch lookup, CSV export, and API keys. You won’t be charged just for using your free credits.

Recorded names, property details, sale dates and prices, mortgage borrowers and lenders, original loan amounts, source-reported status and dated balances, where available. Records may include a latest recorded buyer where current ownership is not established; the source and role are shown. We do not provide personal phone numbers, email addresses, or contact enrichment.

Team and Business plans include a shared workspace. Invite each person with their own email address; your credits, results, and subscription belong to the workspace.

New owner reveals pause at your limit. Property previews remain free. Choose a paid plan to continue after your free credits, or wait for your paid credits to renew. Existing results stay available under our 30-day retention policy. We never add overage charges automatically.

Open Plans & billing in your workspace to manage or cancel your subscription. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period.
