Viewing a property preview is free. Selecting Reveal owners & records uses one credit when we match the property and return a recorded owner or clearly labeled recorded buyer name. The API, lists and map areas request full records directly. Missing names, ambiguous addresses and failed lookups don’t use a credit. Repeated matches to the same property in a billing period don’t count again.

Queued and running requests temporarily reserve credits; unused reservations return when the work finishes.

Every new account gets five one-time credits for individual address searches, with no card required. Creating another workspace doesn’t reset them. When you need more, choose a plan in Billing.

Recorded names, property details, sale dates and prices, mortgage borrowers and lenders, original loan amounts, source-reported status and dated balances, where available, plus nearby NOAA storm reports. From OpenStreetMap: businesses and amenities at the address with their published hours, phone and website, the building, the street, the neighborhood and nearby schools, groceries, parks and transit. Records may show a latest recorded buyer where current ownership is not established; the source and role are shown. We do not provide personal phone numbers, email addresses or contact enrichment; business listings are the business’s own published details.

Team and Business plans include a shared workspace. Invite each person with their own email address; credits, lists, notes and history belong to the workspace.

New owner reveals pause at your limit. Property previews and maps stay free. Upgrade, or wait for your credits to renew. We never add overage charges.

Open Billing in your workspace to manage or cancel your subscription. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period.
